Over 35 years Jim Burge started as a one man company focused on providing concierge level service to each customer.
In 2011 Tim Burge(Jim’s son) took over, carrying on Jim’s legacy in serving our customers in central Maryland
In 2019 we took the next step in our growth by hiring Martin Wirtz as our COO. Martin brings with him a wealth of experience and energy dedicated to enabling our future growth
The Team
Tim Burge
CEOTim has been in the family business since his dad started in irrigation back in 1985. After his dad decided to retire Tim wanted to keep the family business alive and continue servicing our amazing customers. Tim assists with company vision and direction to ensure that customer experience and quality remain the number 1 priority here at Burge Sprinkler.
Martin Wirtz
COOMartin was brought on in 2019 to oversee day to day business operations. Martin handles sales as well as project design for each of our customers. His background in project management and design has made him a key asset to our team as we continue to grow and maintain our relationships with our customers.
Aaron White
installation ManagerAaron is part of the Burge Family and has filled in for us in the past. We brought him on full time in 2021 to lead our irrigation install teams. Aaron's background in customer service and history with this company and family ensures that our customers will receive the highest quality and best service
